JAS TRACE OXYGENATES ANALYZER:
Trace Oxygenates in Naphtha, LPG and Refinery gases are poisoning the expensive catalyst in the refineries. The JAS Trace Oxygenates Analyzer is able to analyze and determine the trace concentrations from 0.05 to 1000 ppm per component.
The analyzers is designed to the analysis of methanol, ethanol, n-Propanol*, i-Propanol, 2-butanol, i-Butanol**, t-butanol, methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), ethyl tert-butyl ether, (ETBE), tert-amyl methyl ether (TAME), diisopropyl ether (DIPE), Acetone and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) in hydrocarbon streams (in particular naphthas) with a final boiling point below 250°C. The individual oxygenates can be determined from 0.05 to 500 ppm.
